DESCRIPTION:
As a Consumers Insights Senior Analyst, you will
Conduct primary qualitative and quantitative research in support of the Pearson brand and DTC initiatives.
This includes study design and method selection, questionnaire / discussion guide development, survey programming and testing, data collection and quota completion, data processing, analysis, and results interpretation.
Synthesize data from different sources/methods (secondary data, primary research, consumer sentiment, cultural trends, etc.) to develop a holistic picture of the consumer problem/opportunity for senior leadership.
Build stakeholder-ready and engaging deliverables be it two-pagers or a PowerPoint or a newsletter to share insights with the broader organization.
Assess the information needs of the organization and ensure that (historical and present) consumer insights are easily accessible/archived.
Support the management of group research standards, vendor management, and project alignment across the team. This includes identifying and cataloging best practices, quality and consistency management across projects, project and vendor evaluations and communication strategies.
