Description
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Project Manager as we grow our business in the US and develop customer relationships along with delivering high quality project management tailored to client needs. You will be responsible for establishing sample plans with clients, monitoring project progress, and addressing project concerns in conjunction with leadership and business development team members.
Responsibilities:
Review project metrics (IR, Completes, LOI, SCO, QTF)
Analyze if additional invitations or reminders need to be sent in addition to what is already in field to achieve client goals
Review feasibility for remainder of study
Manage overall quality by ensuring best practices are followed
Communicate any project insights to team, client
Monitor cost ratio
Communicate and escalate any issues or feedback to Business Development Manager, Director of US
Handover projects to APAC Project Manager
Ability to manage 5-10 active projects at any given time
Communicates to clients and vendors as applicable
Manages vendors and suppliers
Ensuring all active projects are recorded and updated in the PM Sheet
Ensuring all active projects are recorded in the Urikan
Troubleshooting any projects experiencing issues
Ability to identify project issues and risks and resolve, knowing when to seek partnership from leadership and members of Team
Learns and becomes proficient in advanced Project Management functions:
Pre-Screener set up, adjustments, management and proficiency
Use and management of HubSpot
Understanding and proficiency in using Automatic Sampling
Any other training topics as deemed important by US Director, Leadership Team
Contribute thought-leadership to the US and Global Team for GMO Research
Contributes value-add throughout the year; which could include: internal incidence checks, sharing best practices with Global Team, Team Training (details documented in employee MBO)
Possible participation or attendance at HQ Bootcamp
Manage all project documentation and artifacts as requested
Learns and follows established process
Reviews any issues as escalated by HQ
Contributes to the development of methodologies, standards and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the Project Management capability and trains team members when applicable
Provides feedback on best practices and opportunities for operational improvement to Leadership Team
