DESCRIPTION:
The Client Services Manager (CSM) is responsible for project execution support at MMR from start to finish. Working with a VP, Client Relationships, the CSM will provide vital support to the project team. They will work closely with clients on their marketing research projects across a wide range of industries and methodologies, supporting client communications and interactions.
The Client Services Manager will support all project phases, including questionnaire design, survey programming, data collection, data processing, analysis, and reporting, as well as developing strong client and vendor relationships.
