Purpose of the role:
This pivotal role will see you managing a number of key strategic FMCG accounts. Youll not only lead a small, highly engaged and motivated team, youll help grow your accounts by taking a consultative approach to building client relationships.
Your success will be measured on the trust you build with your client contacts which in turn will lead to revenue growth as you become a genuine business partner. Youll also be expected to coach and mentor your team, ensuring they love their work an feel motivated to succeed at MMR !

What will you be doing?
Managing Client Accounts
Write bespoke client proposals / pitch presentations
Provide internal consultancy and sign off (as appropriate) on research design, proposal and debrief content[JB1] .
Lead key client conversations and interface situations (briefing meetings, important client presentations, debriefs, account roster reviews etc.).
Add value to the client experience in NPD and research by providing advice, consultancy and a high level of interpretation and direction, where appropriate.
Identify business risk and development opportunities within assigned accounts and recommend appropriate solutions.
The generation of New Business through warm leads generated by mmr and from other personal contacts within the assigned client accounts
Provide expertise and consultative sales in partnership with other MMR commercial leads in order to drive new business development
New Client Development
Management and Coaching
The management, leadership and development of Associate Directors and other Senior Research staff, as appropriate.
Help to train, mentor and develop more junior staff, with particular emphasis on developing Senior Research executives to Associate Director Level.
As well as your day to day role youll be helping in other wider areas with the US team..
Lead / join a team to move forward an MMR business critical initiative (this would be determined based on individuals strengths)
Assist with the development and enhancement of new methodologies when appropriate
Help to maintain a positive, friendly and constructive working environment.
Help with the identification and implementation of organizational efficiency improvements including ways of reducing direct costs
Tailor marketing materials as needed to address client inquiries in order to generate interest, illustrate capabilities,
