Description
DESCRIPTION:
Actively consult with business partners to understand business decisions
Determine how to best address business needs with market intelligence activities (via primary research, secondary/desktop research, third party databases, syndicated reports, leveraging institutional knowledge, etc.)
Drive key Market Intelligence initiatives, including deep understanding of key customer groups stakeholders (e.g., surgeons, hospital administrators), market & landscape assessment, and customer experience capture and tracking.
Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence team and other analytic groups
Integrate customer and marketplace insights from multiple sources
Effectively communicate/socialize findings and implications to leadership and other key stakeholders orally, in writing and visually
Become a trusted and valued Market Intelligence Subject Matter Expert/ Thought Leader
Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key functions such as Corporate Marketing, Regional Marketing, in-country marketing, and BU product management teams.
Be a passionate Voice of Customer at cross-functional meetings and represent market intelligence deliverables to influence strategic and tactical decisions without authority
Select and effectively manage outside research vendors and consultancies
