DESCRIPTION:
The Manager Consumer Insights is responsible for leading and driving research projects in support of business unit initiatives and objectives. Selects and develops the appropriate research vehicle, leverages and integrates research and analysis, develops meaningful insights, and effectively communicates insights and recommendations to business partners to addresses strategic needs of the business.

Develop and present research recommendations to Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Brand Management and other key stakeholders.
Work with Marketing to understand business performance and strategic plans to translate research needs and design appropriate research vehicles.Manage relationships with external vendors.
Lead the planning, writing, fielding and analysis of various research vehicles including panels to meet the strategic needs of the business units.Provide insight led recommendations and communicate those to internal project leadership.
Assist Senior Director Consumer Insights on developing research plans to address strategic business unit needs.
