Digital Shopper market research firm is looking for a market research professional who understands consumer research and can work directly with clients to help deliver insights and manage and nurture client relationships.This position requires someone in the office 2 days a week in New York or Chicago location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leveraging you experience and expertise to deliver insights and outcomes that enable our clients to make better decisions
- Lead quantitative research programs for Fortune 500 companies
- Think beyond the numbers to deliver actionable outcomes and opportunities that address client questions
- Develop and maintain proactive, purposeful relationships with current and prospective clients
- Develop, manage and mentor staff to build
client understanding across all disciplines
- Have the ability to draft concise and compelling proposals to support business growth
- Have a client focused, consultative approach to project management
- Own day-to-day client and internal team management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of market research experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to manage multiple projects 2
- A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
- Natural curiosity, highly motivated and comfort with
ambiguity
