Position: RA2163 Title: Senior Research Analyst Salary: 65-85 Location: TN - Nashville (remote) Fast growing association management company who innovates and drives industry-leading strategies is looking for a Senior Research Analyst. The position can be in #1 Nashville, #2 Chicago, #3 Washington D.C. but can also be fully remote. This
role will support the Market Research team and be responsible for leading quantitative and qualitative market research projects across many the companies’ key clients, an ability to extract meaningful trends and insights from large data sets is important for this role. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, self-starter with proven experience in survey development, data analysis, and executive-level reporting and presenting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full project life cycle of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including strategy development, questionnaire/script creation, programming, data collection, analysis, and client communications
- Lead discovery conversations with clients, converting campaign objectives into custom research plans
- Analyze data by extracting key findings and synthesizing stories with actionable recommendations
- Compose final reports, present key
findings, and clearly communicate complex ideas to clients, partners, and internal leaders to help with programmatic decision-making
- Moderate, oversee, and set up synchronous and asynchronous focus groups & interviews to discover member preferences, motivators, and product feedback
- Use qualitative insights to develop personas, member journeys, and assist with product development
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 – 4 years of market research experience with a focus in client service and project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, behavioral science, math, statistics, or related degree
- Demonstrates a passion for research and data analysis
- Self-starter that is detail-oriented and a critical thinker
- Experience extracting actionable insights and compelling narratives from large data sets
- Excellent at managing multiple
projects and priorities at one time
- Excels at establishing and managing client relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to tailor terminology based on the audience
- Well-versed in market research methodologies, platforms, and survey tools
- Experience with statistical modeling or a BI tool is a plus
