We are seeking a Recruiting and Logistics Senior Advisor to join us in continuously raising the bar to do just that.
THE OPPORTUNITY & ROLE
As the Recruiting and Logistics Senior Advisor, you will be joining a team of skilled researchers, storytellers, and wordsmiths. You will play a key role on the team, responsible for executing and managing all aspects of recruitment, participant management, and fieldwork logistics for both domestic and global qualitative projects.
You’ll report to the Head of Recruiting and Logistics. Your team is at the heart of our qualitative research and recruiting practice, making sure that every participant has a compelling story to tell and that every group runs flawlessly.
The breadth and depth of our client base requires strategic thinking and flexibility to adapt to a range of client needs, industries, and respondent types. We are looking for someone who can deliver on the details amidst the dynamic nature of workload and pace inherent in a client service business. The adeptness to support and advance multiple projects simultaneously is critical, and passion for ensuring the right person is in the room is a must.
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in recruiting and fieldwork project management, with the skillset and attitude that guarantees we are always exceeding client expectations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In House Recruitment. Use our proprietary panel (database) to identify participants that meet the project criteria, ensure a high-quality set of participants in every group, perform secondary screening interviews, and then prepare participants for focus groups and in-depth interviews (IDIs). Review participant profiles for each group or IDI with our internal team, providing a clear explanation for why participants were selected and how the mix meets the client criteria.
Participant Management. Serve as the lead contact and resource between participants and the project team, ensuring participants show and participate as scheduled. Manage any challenges or issues that arise with participant logistics during the groups or IDIs. Manage all participant communication prior to the research sessions and any necessary follow-ups after the sessions conclude.
Screener Development. Work with clients and Storyline project leads to understand the audience needed for each project and then take the lead in writing the screener, including crafting the participant mix and ensuring questions meet client and Storyline standards.
Partner & Vendor Management. Build and maintain dynamic relationships with partners, contractors, translators, vendors, facilities, and recruitment agencies, both domestically and around the globe. Provide recommendations as needed to project leaders on the most appropriate partners for each project. Serve as the primary point of contact for maintaining and managing these relationships over the course of each project.
Project Costing & Financial Management. Assist project leads in translating client needs into qualitative research projects; calculate, map, and project costs for new projects in conjunction with the project team and our partners. Once a project begins, monitor and track costs to ensure it is on budget. Partner with our finance team on invoicing, expense tracking, and project profitability.
Project Management & Logistics. Alongside our project management team, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple domestic and global qualitative recruiting projects, timelines, and budgets to meet both internal expectations and client needs. You’ll support the broader Qualitative Recruiting team with process documentation and management to ensure our recruiting process is as efficient as it is effective.
Client Communication. Serve as a qualitative recruiting subject matter expert in client communications and engagement by providing recommendations and timely updates as needed. Must be comfortable seeking and providing feedback and opinions in internal and client relationships.
