Test Kitchen Facilities Manager-Natick, MA
The position directs and monitors all facility and test kitchen operations, including kitchen and facility maintenance, employee training and management, ensuring flawless execution of all facility activities, interacting and hosting clients, and maintaining communication with all key vendors. In addition, orders supplies, and equipment as needed, maintains ongoing records, designs and executes preventive maintenance programs, and provides the resources and enforces the standards to meet or exceed all governmental health and safety standards. This is a working manager position that is hands on requiring experience working in a test kitchen, knowledge of computers, building maintenance and upkeep at a standard consistent with Curions standards of operations. The Facility Manager provides critical coordination, communication, and information for the safe and efficient functioning of the facility.
Organizing, scheduling, managing and evaluating all facility building activities including facility maintenance and janitorial, permanent and temporary employees and contract services.
Interviewing and Hiring staff as needed
Training new employees
Managing calendar workflow
Creating and overseeing a comprehensive facilities maintenance program
Developing, maintaining, and reporting all environmental, health, and maintenance standards as required by law, as well as working with the administration to ensure compliance with all regional, state, and federal regulations.
Scheduling and overseeing the work of all outside vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, schedules, and budgetary restrictions. Arranging bids and developing specifications for all new vendors.
Providing operational support to Client service teams, and facility staff.
Performing other duties as assigned by VP of Field Operations.

1 to 4 years of market research experience is a plus
Familiar with basic PC installation processes and comfortable with basic IT support
