The Data Collection Coordinator will work with our Director of Data Collection and survey programming team to ensure our online surveys are programmed accurately and on time. The candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, an effective communicator to all levels of management, vendors, and teams; the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have a high level of attention to detail will be critical.
Liaise with third party vendors to facilitate the programming of our online surveys, including assisting with project prioritization and fielding vendor and client team questions
Package and encode video content for testing
Review survey questionnaires and assist client teams and programmers with queries about logic and question creation
Troubleshoot data collection issues by reviewing survey data, reviewing logic, and building/reviewing data tables
Assist with the creation and testing of custom survey tools including mock environments, conjoints, and specialized image and video set-ups

Able to work flexible hours and monitor projects to help with around the clock workflow.
Bachelors degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
Excellent math and computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere a plus
Strong interest in motion pictures and the entertainment industry is a plus.
This is a fulltime non-exempt remote position (for LA based employees there is the possibility of working out of our Culver City office and for NY out of our NYC office depending on COVID-19 capacity guidelines). The hours of this position will be 12pm-9pm PST Monday-Friday with some night and weekend work required depending on project schedules and volumes.
This job typically operates in a professional office environment but will be remote due to circumstances of COVID-19. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
