International market research panel company driven by technology and consumer-analytics, to global clientele of MR firms, Ad Agencies, Consultancy firms, and End Enterprises, who need rich, intelligent, and actionable quant-qual insights, with new-age research solutions is looking for a Associate Account Director/Sr Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a team entrusted with the responsibility of servicing existing and new accounts. This role will be responsible for organic growth, service delivery excellence and team performance.This job reports to the SVP, Global Sales who is looking for a tenured Farmer who can grow existing already established accounts, no hunting is required.This is a remote job, working EST hours..

  •         Manage proposal writing for key accounts which should include assessment of feasibility/ challenges/ pricing and field estimation
  •         Identify change control opportunities and capitalize on "add-on" sales opportunities across projects to increase revenue
  •         Drive client relationships independently and drive volume of business
  •         Derive meaningful conclusions from account metrics
  •         Understand latent needs of client, and place relevant company products and services
  •         Understanding of market research products and services
  •         Actively identify leads and follow up to convert into prospective client
  •         Manage the resource and cost estimates for bids
  •         Identify training needs for the current team
  •         Prioritize client requirement
  •         Error free work delivered to client as per the given requirement
  •         Schedule client meeting and meet them to increase revenue potential

  •         5+ years experience of project/client/sales management in a market research or MR BPO or Online Panel organization
  •         Sales/Pre-sales/Client service background (target oriented) Should have managed a P&L in their previous roles
  •         Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple international client relationships in the MR/BPO industry
  •         Strong client service orientation, and the ability to liaise with senior client and internal stakeholders
  •         Experience with market research/ project management/RFP management methodologies/tools
  •         Strong project management skills, ability to take ownership, drive and motivate self and others to desired results
  •         Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •         Experience in market research within Online Panel project management
  •         Knowledge in web-based marketing, campaigns and content creation
  •         Experience in handling international clients/projects.
  •         Location – Anywhere in US.
