The Business Development Associate will be a sharp, personable, driven team member who will contribute to our team in a wide variety of areas, including sales pipeline management, drafting proposals and SOWs for clients, lead generation process & execution, market research, client communication, and marketing support including social media, writing thought pieces, and attending conferences in a biz dev role. Our ideal candidate must be able to think and move quickly, install process and best practices, refine processes, conduct thorough research, and aspire to become an expert on our core offerings and how we identify, connect with, and bring on new client accounts as well as help us maintain deep relationships with our existing clients.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
Works as a key contributor within the lifecycle of business development, providing hands-on support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Conducts market research and helps to identify potential clients and partners.
Collates and maintains client information in the CRM database.
Helps to develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzes sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Supports with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents as necessary.
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Contributes to developing sales and marketing storytelling.
Create SEO campaigns targeting new leads.
Contributes to marketing campaigns via social media, email and blogging
Engages with clients as needed to help further support business development and ongoing relationship management
