Neuro-Insight is looking for an outstanding Insights & Strategy professional to lead our efforts to help make the subconscious conscious. We are the worlds most cutting-edge neuro-analytics agency with a deep consultative style. We work with the worlds biggest brands and are dedicated to changing the way brands perceive the value of a true insight and the way they understand their consumers. The Director of Insights will oversee our analysis strategy, guide the execution of research projects based on in the moment, second-by-second neuro-responses, and build partnerships with colleagues around the world.
The research division at Neuro-Insight is responsible for developing, executing, and creating the stories that will inspire companies to find new, meaningful and inspirational paths to build consumer loyalty.
Uses neuro research to drive innovative thinking on communications and marketing strategies. Develops study designs, analysis, and visualization to tell stories that will move businesses.
Analyzes second-by-second neuro-data and subconscious data sets in excel to delivers meaningful insights, meta trends, and cultural shifts for clients.
Serves as the day-to-day project manager for multiple projects and periodically as an initial point of contact for clients on research.
Manages neuro-research plans including proposaldevelopment, instrument design, analysis, and presentation design.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with client teams.
Contributes insights and recommendations confidently and effectively to high-levelstakeholders.
Follows and reports on new industry trends and best practices.
Contributes to new business proposals and presentations.
Supports new product innovation.
Acts as a wider advocate for neuro-marketing within the industry.
