DESCRIPTION:
We are a full-service, strategic healthcare market research organization that specializes in understanding how the attitudes, behaviors and decision-making processes of HCPs, patients, caregivers and other stakeholders impact the successful adoption and uptake of healthcare products around the world.
As Research Manager, you will provide hands-on support and leadership to the Research team and strategic insight to our clients to support their product development and commercialization objectives.
Qualifications:
        Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research design, interpretation and analysis of results;
        Conversant with the range of analytical methods used in market research;
        Proven success building and supporting client relationships;
        A passion for helping clients make critical business decisions by offering strategic solutions and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
         Manage the research process from proposal writing and research design through analysis, interpretation of results, preparation of reports and delivery of presentations.
        Serve as a leader and mentor to research analysts and provide guidance and actionable results in a timely manner.
        Manage project budgets and work with team to ensure all aspects of a research program operate within scopeproviding insight on continuous improvement and best practices.
        Maintain strong client relationships through frequent client contact including travel to client sites, leading presentations and delivering insights and actionable research solutions.
        Proactively seek opportunities for client engagement including discussion of broader business issues and industry trends.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
        5+ years direct market research experienceclient-side experience preferred.
        Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (i.e., managing a team of research professionals).
        Proven experience building, managing successful client relationships.
        Ability to manage complex research programs and maintain project plan, schedule and budget.
        Data savvy with strong attention to detail, accuracy.
        Flexible, focused and driven by best-practices.
        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adjust presentation style based on audience, feedback.
        Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks and effectively delegate.
        Strong computer skills: MS Office, other business-related software systems; SPSS experience a plus (not required).
        Bachelors Degree or higher
        Remote will be considered; Travel requirements ~10%.
