DESCRIPTION:
As an early stage startup, Highlight is looking for its first Account & Operations Manager, to drive project and account management across our growing enterprise and emerging client base.
As an integral member of our client-facing team, the Account & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and retaining existing client accounts, while managing project needs, operations, and client expectations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Account Management and Project Management in the Market Research industry.
This role comes with the freedom to explore different initiatives and methodologies for operational efficiencies and account growth, and would work across the organization alongside community growth, business development, and product teams. As an early hire, the Account and Operations Manager will be instrumental in growing our business via diverse marketing functions and should be prepared to work with our CEO, head of Business Development, and head of Community closely, to identify and optimize the proper tools and strategies to refine and optimize our account management. Ultimately, we envision this person to grow with the company, continuing to build and develop a strong operations and account executive team.
