Market Research Consultant Sr - Decisions Analytics & Research (DAR) - Marketing

As a Market Research Consultant Sr. within PNC's Decision Analytics and Research (DAR) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Research experience in writing surveys, creating sampling plans, developing an analysis plan, analyzing data sets, and writing reports that deliver actionable insights to drive business outcomes
Ability to independently manage multiple projects with research vendors and internal business partners
Great communication skills in working with partners to understand business objectives, guide research design, provide project updates, and present findings to key stakeholders
Collaboration and relationship building to grow strong partnerships with product, marketing, distribution, and segment partners
Would be required to present and interact with executives based on the assigned Line of Business
Research acumen (survey writing, sampling, analytics, and report writing) a must
Good communication skills
Ability to quickly build good relationships with other bank partners
Willingness to work with a team

Designs and manages marketing research and competitive intelligence projects that use employee, competitor, customer, product, prospect, and market data.
Designs and manages research projects by leveraging more complex quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
Develops and delivers communication of research insights with a LOB. (Retail, C&IB, AMG)
Manages research projects and the integration of research insight into business processes by synthesizing large amounts of data.
Maintains partnerships and alignment with business managers, developing professional and trusted relationships with managers across LOBs. Manages vendor relationships.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
