DESCRIPTION:
The Market Insights Manager is a visible position within a high performing team of researchers and consultants. In addition to effectively communicating insights throughout the GuideWell organization, the Market Insights Manager designs and conducts research studies, synthesizes secondary research, and develops actionable insights that drive business decision making.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understand the strategic direction of the organization and align with business leaders to translate needs into actionable research plans that include analysis, methodology, and sample design.
Proactively curate consumer and market insights from a variety of sources to share with team members and clients.
Direct and manage primary market research activities including vendor management, internal data gathering, and collaboration among internal and external business partners.
Ensures that research methods are appropriate for meeting strategic and tactical business needs.
Create compelling reports and presentations that enable clients to take action on research results.
