DESCRIPTION:
CIS is seeking a motivated salesperson to lead the companys sales effort. This role would work hand in hand with company management to develop strategies and a strategic vision to fuel substantial organizational growth. The ideal candidate would excel in an entrepreneurial environment and be energized by the challenge of unlocking the companys substantial growth opportunities.

Core Job Responsibilities:
-        Develop an overall vision for the sales process focused on efficiency, productivity and ROI
-        Partner with company management to spearhead strategic planning efforts aligned with the sales effort
-        Expand CISs footprint within new and established verticals (established verticals include dining, retail, CPG manufacturers, live events and marketing/advertising/PR agencies)
-        Establish and grow client and prospect relationships
-        Provide sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
-        Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
-        Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services
-        Maintain a detailed customer and prospect database
-        Weekly and monthly reporting on sales funnel KPIs
-        Meeting or exceeding sales goals
-        Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
-        Participate in industry and regional networking groups
-        Recommend changes in products and services by evaluating results and competitive developments
-        Lead CISs trade show and convention strategy and onsite presence

CISs current client list includes Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 organizations in the retail, dining, sports, live entertainment, manufacturing and hospitality industries among others.
