We are looking for a Sales Director to join our innovative team of user research professionals at Key Lime Interactive. If you love building relationships, dreaming up ways to take products to new levels and have experience selling services in the UX space --- we need you.

We are known for helping Fortune 500 companies understand their users needs by mapping out their customers journeys, developing behavioral personas, usability testing, and co-designing new products with the user top of mind using proven research methodologies.

We have fantastic customers, but we are hungry for new accounts. Growing new accounts would be the core focus of this sales role. Developing new client relationships, serving up our research team with new opportunities and helping meet company revenue goals.

Sales Director Responsibilities and Duties:

-Find new prospects and introduce Key Lime Interactive.
-Negotiate and close new accounts for Key Lime Interactive.
-Develop and maintain positive relationships with new clients to generate repeat business.
-Create and implement a strategic sales plan that successfully achieves business objectives.
-Manage a team of sales associates and track progress, successes, and pipeline.
-Accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals for the team.
-Develop, maintain and operate the budget for the sales division meeting business goals.
