Assisting Call Center Manager field projects, managing project quotas in Voxco CATI system, running focus group recruitment, scheduling interviewers for shifts, managing team of Quality & Production Assistance Coaches (QPACs), preparing nightly reports, assigning interviewers to jobs at start of shift, interviewing and training new hires
