We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful, and results-driven individual to manage our office located in the Grapevine Mills Mall in Grapevine, Texas. Position is full time including evenings and weekends. Hours are typically 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with Wednesday and Sunday off. Office is a fast-paced, high pressure environment to meet project deadlines. Communication & organizational skills are vital to work with diverse personalities within the corporation and provide professional interaction with clients as necessary. Market research/marketing background a plus.
Job Description : Manage staffing situations (hiring, scheduling, payroll submission) in conjunction with Regional Manager Manage multiple projects simultaneously Maintain flexibility when faced with changing priorities Provide accurate reports and updates to our clients and project managers Effectively manage the staff to ensure production levels that are needed to meet our clients' goals Manage and train the staff to ensure quality data and valid work to our clients Cultivate & maintain a reliable respondent database Adhere to all corporate expectations
