We are looking to hire a Client Development Associate who will be responsible for all inside sales activities, from the bidding stage through close of sale. They will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Client Development and will be located in our Chicago, IL office.
Responsible for knowledge of all company market research products and nonprofit services.
Support the Senior Director and VP of Sales in selling quantitative online survey panel and services to market research firms and end-users.
Impact sales results by publicizing promotions, and implementing, supporting, and executing sales plans.
Works with the Senior Director and VP of Sales to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various accounts.
Responsible for receiving specifications and running feasibility with clients.
Set/negotiate prices with the clients in conjunction with the Sales Rep.
Provides coordination with project management team to ensure project success.
Liaison between the client and the Op4G team; (e.g., project managers, supply,
Utilize Salesforce to enter sales activity.
