DESCRIPTION:
The Customer Researcher will be responsible for design and execution of customer experience research utilizing surveys and other methods to capture the Voice of Customer (VoC). The Analyst will be responsible to manage and administer the feedback platform and ensure data integrity at all points and support all forms of sample management and integration of operational, financial and other forms of data. The ability to analyze large amounts of data and develop insights for our internal customers will be critical for this role.

The Researcher is responsible for executing day-to-day project related tasks. The successful candidate will have experience mining research data and drawing meaningful insights that deliver first level conclusions/ recommendations. The role requires a strategic thinker who can cut through the clutter of information and identify the key findings that will answer customer perception questions, as well as asking and answering strategic questions from research outcomes. The role will support senior staff as needed and may also act as liaison with operations and third-party suppliers.
