DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly driven individual with strong analytical and communication skills to join our close-knit group. The Client Experience Analyst will support our senior team in administering programs, preparing reports, conducting analyses and other deliverables for our corporate accounts, with the expectation that the person hired will manage their own accounts within a year or so.
While experience is valued, we follow the mantra: hire for attitude, train for skill. This makes the position a great opportunity for those with minimal work experience or individuals looking to transition their careers to the burgeoning field of Voice of Customer / Voice of Employee research and change management. While Satrix Solutions is a "work from home" company, we prioritize candidates who either live in Arizona or are willing to relocate to Arizona at their own expense.
