DESCRIPTION:
The primary role of a Community Market Research Manager is to lead online market research community engagements for clients from start to finish. Responsibilities involve all phases of the online community engagement process including project management, creation of deliverables, storytelling, as well as client management. With execution of a variety of research methodologies (both quantitative and qualitative) within communities, a Community Market Research Manager is expected to have excellent project management skills, to take ownership of the communitys success, and have the desire to learn, grow, and be challenged.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Community Project Management & Client Engagement:
        Manages online market research communities, from start to finish (collaborating with our Communities Analyst for member support, engagement, and community setup)
        Easily builds rapport, is responsive, and gains trust with clients relative to community management abilities
        Fosters strong client loyalty through exceptional community execution and client service skills as well as the ability to independently discuss moderately complex issues with clients   
        Works with the client and community team to align on cadence, schedule, and pricing of activities and deliverables
        Adopts and applies the storytelling process; is able to create impactful, targeted, and compelling deliverables; and is able to present in a clear, concise, and influential way
        Ability togenerate additional business by listening to the clients needs/happenings in their organization, building their trust, and by leveraging the existing account team
        Ability to understand clients businesses and objectives, as well as offer strategicsuggestions and value-added consulting
        Effectively oversees the financial goals and profitability of the community

Management & Leadership:
        Successfully leads the community team and aids in the development of Gongos employees by setting expectations for the team, delegating appropriately, and holding others accountable   
        Provides internal training as well as trains clientson the community platform
        Demonstrates genuine sensitivity, support, and encouragement for others with consistent professional maturity
        Partners with other COEs/experts to successfully meet the client and community members needs (Global, Digital Platform, Qualitative, Research, etc.)
        Provides best practices for achieving positive outcomes utilizing our community platform environments
