The Associate Manager, Insights & Experience is a Full-Time role reporting to the Senior Manager, Insights & Experience. This person is responsible for leading all aspects of social intelligence secondary research projects and associated new business proposals at Continuum Clinical. This person supports the Senior Manager and Chief Insights & Experience Officer in all aspects of quantitative and qualitative market research projects. The underlying objective across all research methodologies is to unearth insights into specific patient populations to inform clinical trial enrollment campaigns.

Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of Blue Chip Worldwide
Responsible for leading social intelligence projects for existing programs and new business proposals; clearly defines the social intelligence initiative and evolves the tools/ capabilities
Conduct research, analyzes, reports and presents social intelligence research projects internally and to clients
Manage relationships with social intelligence vendor partners
Mentor and trains others in the use of social intelligence platform
Partner closely with Senior Scientific Director to understand study condition and protocol in order to optimize the social intelligence research approach
Design, programs and analyzes online research projects
Support CIEO and Senior Manager with project management of qualitative research projects
Stay abreast of latest demographic and social trends; keeps up with industry developments, client news and provides updates/insights to internal teams
Lead collaboration with Social/Digital/Content and CC Marketing professionals to unearth new ways to leverage the contribution of the practice to both existing and new clients
Complies with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the companys time tracking policy
