LRWTonic is LRW’s qualitative online communities division. Through the use of digital research (principally online communities), and in-depth qualitative studies we uncover insights and provide long-term strategic partnership and guidance to a wide range of clients. While our focus is on qualitative research we also conduct some quantitative research within our online communities.


As an Account Manager your primary focus will be working to achieving business development goals whilst also overseeing accounts and projects at the highest level.

Applying your business expertise, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients and manage a set of client relationships to build your business and meet financial goals.

You will also collaborate on business development opportunities specifically for online communities with a large team of 40+ business developers at LRW, who will generate warm leads with their existing clients.

Using your industry and research knowledge, you will develop proposals, design studies, and oversee the execution of multiple projects to effectively provide business insights through high-quality client deliverables that support our unique ability to use market research to have business impact.

 Leveraging your initiative to solve problems and ability to mentor people, you will provide senior-level guidance to project teams through analytic support, report writing review and client delivery on community projects.

Your ability and initiative to meet sales targets, create and develop meaningful relationships with clients, that deliver business impact will be met with significant growth opportunities.


Education and/or Experience:

  • B.A. or M.A in related field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences preferred but not essential.
  • At least 7 years of prior experience in market research – qualitative and online community experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in sales or business development and proposal delivery within a marketing research, advertising research or consulting services organization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Inspires and excites the team, we care deeply about the personal relationships within our company.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel, domestic and abroad, as necessary to meet goals.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient moderator and report writer.
  • Able to guide project managers, multiple projects and teams simultaneously to deliver quality deliverables with strong financial performance.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, team player.

  • A strong background in research is important but experience of online communities isn’t essential.
