Multicultural Market Research Manager. Oversee the full life cycle of research design and execution for a range of custom research methodologies.

Key role will be identifying and quantifying the impact growth segments of the Asian American consumer and how they are impacting our clients business. Using proprietary and secondary research data, build compelling, multi-dimensional stories of who consumers are, how best to reach them, and how clients can relevantly engage with them to grow their business.

Primary Responsibilities & Skillset

        Experience with a variety of data sources needed to generate strong consumer insights (Forester, MRI/ Simmons, IRI Nielsen, Mintel, YouGov, NPD, social analytic resources, IBIS World, etc.)
        The ability to assess client challenges and develop data driven approaches inclusive of data inputs needed to solve problems and provide recommendations inclusive of KPIs
        Well versed on qualitative and quantitative research methods and vendors
        Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete action based on data analytics
        Demonstrated success in managing elements of a client relationship; experience managing others
        Ability to interface with senior leadership and key stakeholders (internally and externally)
        Work independently and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated along with strong capabilities to interface with senior leadership and key stakeholders (internally and externally)
        Seek opportunities to enhance the teams visibility by providing thought leadership through new insights, data partnerships and analytical approaches
        Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
        Experience turning data into beautiful client-ready reports and presentations. Analyze and synthesize a variety of data to uncover insights; ability to think creatively and craft compelling stories with actionable recommendations
        Ability to build strong client relationships and become a trusted advisor and thought leader
        Proven expertise across a range of primary custom quantitative and qualitative methodologies
        Hands-on experience with a mix of clients and industries
        Stellar project management skills, including the ability to seamlessly handle multiple concurrent projects, running them both autonomously and collaboratively
        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills
        Proactively identify growth opportunities for key accounts
        Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking, creative problem solving
        Strong client management skills
