We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Engagement Manager at our Bristol, PA Headquarters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiating & Planning 40% of time
Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Close out 60% of time
Write effective proposals in conjunction with directors, including making recommendations on methodology and sample.
Closely work with clients to understand market research objectives, and provide advice on appropriate design/methodology.
Seeking input from relevant experts within the organization.
Develop high quality study materials (screeners, surveys and discussion guides) to meet client objectives.
Moderate qualitative and pre-test interviews.
Oversee accurate preparation of materials prior to fielding (including accurate programming of online surveys).
Develop analysis plans that will effectively answer client objectives.
Undertake appropriate analysis of data.
o Guide junior members in specific analyses.
o Collaborate with methodologist for multivariate analyses & weighting recommendations.
Develop and write high quality reports to meet client objectives, including well-conceived recommendations.
Present findings with confidence.
Work under guidance of directors to meet client objectives and produce high-quality materials and deliverables.
Be the client lead for day-to-day communication, including providing clients with recommendations on alternative courses of action.
Proactively manage projects to scope in conjunction with the Production team.
o Collaborate with others to resolve any difficulties
o Alert other team members of any issues that may put these at risk
Delegate tasks as appropriate, while overseeing to ensure correct and high quality outputs.
Overseeing quality control/checks of all client deliverables.
Participate in training and development of more junior staff.
Participate in wider organizational initiatives through committees etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
3+ Years market research industry experience required; 5+ Years preferred; Healthcare market research experience preferred.
Basic skills in multivariate statistical analyses, SPSS and Excel preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel out-of-state/out-of-country preferred.
