2011 Market Research Supplier Satisfaction Survey

Continuing our ongoing effort to help our clients understand the rapidly changing marketplace, we have recently completed a comprehensive customer satisfaction study of 100 research suppliers across five market research segments including:

  1. Qualitative New Category for 2011
  2. Full Service
  3. Syndicated
  4. Online Sample
  5. Online Survey Software

 

Of these, 65 suppliers (up from 55 in 2010) received a sufficient number of evaluations for their inclusion within the 2011 Market Research Supplier Satisfaction Survey. And even more suppliers are represented in our exclusive "Supplier Usage/Share Report."

The just-completed report contains detailed satisfaction scores at the market segment and individual company level. And given the dynamic business climate, the report also provides up-to-date information regarding overall employee job satisfaction levels.

Building upon the 2009 and 2010 survey, this year's research was conducted between July 22 and August 9, 2011 using an online survey issued via email to members of MarketResearCareers. To further heighten data quality, access to the survey was tightly controlled. The 2011 report is based upon 501 completions from market research professionals (both suppliers and buyers) across all industries. The survey completion rate was 74.3% producing an aggregate data tolerance of +/- 4.4% at the 95% Confidence Level.

No other report has such current information necessary to successfully navigate the remainder of 2011.
