For clarity of measurement, the rankings below represent the Overall Stated Satisfaction -- not computed or derived values based upon composite satisfaction measurement dimensions.
Importantly, scores and rankings varied by measured satisfaction dimensions -- highlighting the unique strengths of firms. The report provides the actual mean satisfaction scores by company and dimension using a scale of Very Satisfied (5) to Not At All Satisfied (1).
