In the fifth Annual Survey of Market Research Professionals conducted by MarketResearchCareers in January of 2010, customers of nearly 90 market research suppliers across four categories awarded e-Rewards, SPSS, IMS Health, and Ipsos with the highest customer satisfaction scores.
